Ulano TRIFECTA SBQ Emulsion

Ulano Trifecta is a ready-to-use, ultra-fast-exposing SBQ dual-cure emulsion formulated for textile and imprinted sportswear screen printing. It produces durable stencils for use with water-based, discharge and plastisol inks, including aggressive post-phthalate formulations.

This pre-sensitized violet emulsion normally requires no additional sensitizer or hardener when properly exposed and post-exposed. Its 43% solids content promotes fast drying, excellent mesh bridging and strong stencil buildup, while the 6,500 cps viscosity provides controlled coating—even on coarse mesh.

Storage

Store unopened in its original container in a cool, dry location. Shelf life is approximately one year when stored at 70°F (21°C). Protect from freezing and excessive heat.

Note: Exposure times vary according to the light source, mesh, coating thickness and exposure distance. Perform an exposure test to determine the correct settings for your equipment.
