Ulano QLT Emulsion

Ulano QLT is a ready-to-use, ultra-fast-exposing SBQ photopolymer emulsion formulated for textile and imprinted sportswear screen printing. Its high solvent resistance withstands plastisol inks, including aggressive phthalate-free formulations, and most screen wash solvents.

QLT’s 43% solids content provides excellent stencil buildup with fewer coats, while its high viscosity offers controlled coating on both fine and coarse mesh. The high-contrast blue color makes stencil inspection easier, and the pre-sensitized formula requires no measuring or mixing.

Water-Based Printing: QLT can achieve excellent water resistance for longer runs with the addition of the appropriate Ulano diazo sensitizer. Adding diazo will increase the required exposure time.

Note: Exposure times vary according to the light source, mesh, coating method and exposure distance. Perform an exposure test to determine the correct settings for your equipment.
