Rutland Green M3LC 3443 Plastisol Ink

Rutland™ M3 LC is an easy to use, highly accurate finished color mixing system. This system is much more forgiving than a PC-based
product because it doesn't require as precise a measurement of the base and additives to complete a formula. The M3 LC system consists of flexible cure inks created to provide an excellent wet-on-wet performance.

Fabric: 
100% Cotton, (*) poly/cotton blends, 100% polyester

Highlights:

• M3 LC colors directly replace the M3 mixing colors. 
• M3 LC inks are opaque resulting in excellent coverage on dark garments. 
• The tack-free formula allows printing through a range of mesh counts without the need for a viscosity modifier.

• Mix thousands of finished ink colors by choosing Pantone colors from our IMS3.0 Ink Mixing Software or by custom mixing your own colors

Printing Tips:

• Important: Pallet temps need to remain between 135°F to 145°F (57°C -62°C)
  
  For extremely soft hand prints, mix finished color up to 10% of LC0000 Chill Relax Extender
   
• Printing on dark garments or over an underlay: When printing on dark garments, mix per formulation or custom blend to achieve brilliant colors over an underlay.
   
• (*) Use low bleed whites on poly/cotton blends and LB0266 Chill LB LC Barrier Base when printing on 100% polyester
  In a standard cure environment (320°F/160°C) you can use K2910,2910, ES0266, M30063 instead of K2912, LB0266, LC0000 respectively .

Flash: 140-150°F (60-65°C)
Cure: 270-320°F
