Premium non-phthalate plastisol ink Rutland EL9760 Super Poly Plus White is intended for printing onto 100% polyester and materials with a polyester blend. In the Rutland portfolio, EL9760 is the poly white with the highest rating for bleed resistance. The improved printability, opacity, coverage, and quick shear of EL9760 white are outstanding.

Printing Tips

·       For the greatest print results, use consistent, high-tensioned screen mesh and sharp-edged squeegees.

·       When the garment reaches 320°F (160°C), proper cure has been attained. Any low bleed ink's capacity to prevent migration can be defeated by poorly dyed polyester or excessive heat during the curing process. Use ES0266 NPT Barrier Base as an underlay for extreme migration.

·       To enhance bleed resistance and film strength properties, use a printing process that ensures a good ink deposit.

·       Because EL9760 Super Poly Plus White is a low bleed ink, printing on 100 percent cotton may result in the appearance of a ghost image.
