E-Zee Cap® Supreme 2.5 oz. is a premium medium-weight tear-away stabilizer designed specifically for use with cap frames.

This stabilizer maintains consistent tension throughout the stitching process, helping produce clean, crisp embroidery on both simple and detailed cap designs. It runs smoothly at high stitch speeds and provides excellent registration for lettering as small as 2.5 mm. After embroidery, the backing tears away cleanly with minimal residue.

Use one piece for small to medium designs on low-profile caps. For larger designs or high-profile caps, two pieces can provide additional stability. E-Zee Cap Supreme is suitable for embroidering the front, sides and back of structured or unstructured caps when heavyweight support is not required.

Available in black for use with dark-colored caps and materials.

Helpful Hints

To help prevent flagging, use a design that is properly digitized for cap embroidery. Designs should stitch from the center outward and from the brim upward. Keep all design elements within the designated sewing area of the cap and frame.

Most caps require a sharp needle. If needle breaks occur, review the hooping technique and confirm that the embroidery area is held tightly and positioned as close to the needle plate as possible. A longer piece of backing that covers approximately two-thirds of the cap can improve hooping and stability. Choosing caps compatible with the embroidery machine and using appropriate underlay stitches can also help reduce flagging.
