ASI VISCOSITY BUSTER

Avient ASI Viscosity Buster is a concentrated plastisol ink additive designed to reduce viscosity and improve flow characteristics without affecting cure temperatures when used as directed. Ideal for high-viscosity plastisol inks, whites, and blocker inks, Viscosity Buster helps printers achieve smoother printing, improved ink transfer, and better production consistency.

Because of its highly concentrated formula, only small additions are required to achieve noticeable viscosity reduction. ASI Viscosity Buster is an excellent solution for adjusting ink body and improving printability while maintaining the performance characteristics of the finished ink.

Printing Tips
