Avient K2450 FX Super Gel Clear

IAvient Infinite FX 2450 Super Gel Clear is a specialty clear plastisol ink designed to create high-gloss, dimensional, and specialty effects on screen printed garments. This versatile clear can be used as a high-density clear, tinted with plastisol colorants for custom effects, or applied as an overprint to enhance color vibrancy and create glossy surfaces.

Super Gel Clear provides excellent clarity at thick ink deposits, outstanding adhesion, and excellent stretch properties. It can be printed directly onto 100% cotton garments or over an underbase to create unique visual and tactile effects. Its high-gloss finish makes it ideal for fashion, promotional, and specialty garment decoration applications.

Printing Tips

• Use 86–110 mesh screens (34–43 t/cm) for optimal results.
• For high-density effects, use 200–400 micron capillary film and a print-flash-print technique.
• Apply a heavy flood stroke to fully fill stencil openings before printing.
• Print in the last position or flash between layers when using multiple screens.
• Flash at 220°F (105°C) and cure at 320°F (160°C).
• Can be tinted with plastisol colorants to create custom translucent effects.
