ASI Glow-In-Dark Screen Printing Ink

Create eye-catching designs with Avient Specialty Inks ASI Glow-In-Dark. This specialty screen printing ink produces a high-intensity, phosphorescent greenish glow when exposed to light and viewed in darkness.

Designed for specialty apparel printing, ASI Glow-In-Dark delivers a bright glow-in-the-dark effect with excellent wash durability.

Recommended Printing Parameters

• Mesh Count: 86–160 threads/inch

• Mesh Tension: 25–35 N/cm

• Squeegee: 60–70, 60/90/60, or 70/90/70 durometer

• Flash Temperature: 220°F (105°C)

• Cure Temperature: 320°F (160°C)

• Reducer: ASI Curable Reducer, maximum 5%

Printing Recommendations

For the brightest glow, print directly onto light-colored fabrics. When printing on dark garments, use a light-colored underbase to enhance the glow effect.

Stir ink thoroughly before printing. Use properly tensioned screens and sharp-edged squeegees for consistent results. Avoid excessive curing temperatures, which can damage phosphorescent pigments and reduce glow performance.

Storage and Handling

Store between 65–90°F (18–32°C), away from direct sunlight. Use within one year of receipt.

Important: Always test ink compatibility, curing conditions, and wash durability before production.
