ASI REFLECTIVE CLEAR

ASI Reflective Clear is a ready-for-use, non-phthalate reflective plastisol ink designed for fashion, novelty, and enhanced-visibility prints. When exposed to a focused beam of light, the reflective media returns light toward its source for a bright reflective effect.

This clear reflective ink is pre-tinted to a light gray color and can be printed on both light and dark garments. For the strongest reflective response, print directly onto the fabric without an underbase.

Recommended Mesh: 110–160 threads per inch
Recommended Cure Temperature: 320°F (160°C)

Stir thoroughly before printing. Proper ink deposit is essential for achieving the best reflective results. Test the ink on the intended fabric before beginning production.

ASI Reflective Clear is not recommended for tightly woven fabrics such as nylon or for printing over an underbase, as these applications may reduce reflectivity.
