ASI HD CLEAR 2 LC

Avient Specialty Inks ASI HD Clear 2 LC is a versatile clear screen printing ink formulated to produce high-gloss glass, gel, water, and high-density effects. It can be printed alone, tinted with compatible plastisol colorants, or blended with texture inks to create distinctive specialty finishes.

ASI HD Clear 2 LC provides excellent clarity at high ink deposits and can be overprinted to enhance color vibrancy and add a glossy surface. Its strong fabric adhesion, stretch, and wash durability also make it an effective adhesive carrier for foil and flock applications.

Recommended Applications

Suitable for 100% cotton, cotton blends, spandex, uncoated nylon, and acrylic fabrics. For the best high-density results, use an open mesh count with 200–400 micron capillary film and a print-flash-print technique.

Application Guidelines

• Mesh: 24–110 threads per inch
• Squeegee: 60/90/60 or 60–70 durometer with a sharp, square edge
• Flash Temperature: 220°F (105°C)
• Cure Temperature: 270°F–320°F (132°C–160°C)
• Storage: Store at 65°F–90°F away from direct sunlight
• Shelf Life: Use within one year of receipt
