60 duro squeegee rubber is a softer blade designed to deliver a heavier ink deposit for specialty screen printing applications. The softer rubber flexes more during the print stroke, allowing additional ink transfer to the substrate. This makes it a popular choice for specialty inks, athletic prints, puff inks, and applications where increased ink coverage is desired.

This 144-inch replacement squeegee blade is suitable for both manual and automatic screen printing presses and works with plastisol, water-based, and specialty inks. While less commonly used than 70 duro, 60 duro is an excellent choice for printers requiring maximum ink laydown and coverage.
