Building the Complete DTF Package

A complete DTF package should be built around the buyer’s expected production, not around a generic bundle. The final configuration should identify every major component required to move from artwork to a finished, sellable transfer.

Recommended Package Categories

  • Heat Press — Sold Separately: A heat press is required to apply finished DTF transfers to garments but is not included with the Audley DTF printer package. Buyers should confirm that their existing heat press is suitable for expected transfer sizes and production volume or include a properly sized heat press as a separate purchase.
  • Printer sized to expected demand.
  • Compatible shaker and curing system.
  • Professional RIP software and a suitable production computer.
  • Heat press capacity matched to garment and transfer sizes. Heat press sold separately.
  • Extraction or ventilation solution appropriate for the equipment and facility.
  • Initial supplies needed for installation and training, plus separately ordered production ink, film, powder, cleaning products, and maintenance supplies.
  • A plan for common wear items and replacement parts, including access to Audley’s U.S. parts inventory when needed.
  • Installation by an experienced technician and full operator training during installation.
  • Documented maintenance procedures.
  • Warranty and technical-support plan.
  • Facility-readiness checklist completed before delivery.

Package Note: Exact package contents and starter-supply quantities should be confirmed on the customer’s current Dynamic Supply quote because equipment configurations and included items can change.
