Matsui HM Discharge Base

HM Discharge Base is a high mesh discharge mixing base that can be blended with “Neo Pigments” up to 15% to achieve an extremely soft hand feel. Great for achieving halftone discharge prints. Use with CMS (Color Matching System) to create Pantone® colors.
