Matsui Discharge Agent Additive

Matsui Discharge Agent Additive is a specialty additive designed to activate discharge water-based inks for printing on 100% cotton garments. When mixed with compatible discharge ink systems, this additive removes the garment's dye during curing, allowing vibrant colors and soft-hand prints to be produced with minimal ink feel. The result is a breathable, lightweight print that becomes part of the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, making it ideal for high-end fashion, retail, and premium garment decoration applications.

Engineered for use with Matsui water-based ink systems, Matsui Discharge Agent Additive helps printers achieve bright colors, exceptional softness, and excellent wash durability on properly dischargeable fabrics. Add between 1-10% of discharge agent to activate discharge inks. Recommended use is typically 6%. Note: Adding discharge agent to water and allowing to dissolve before adding into finished inks results in a more thorough mix.
