E-Zee Cap® Supreme 3.0 oz. is a heavyweight Tear Away stabilizer cut specifically to fit cap frames. It tears away cleanly with minimal residue, reducing stress on both the fabric and the embroidered design. This helps maintain tension for crisp, clear stitching, even at high machine speeds.

It provides excellent registration for small lettering (down to 2.5 mm) and is ideal for the front, sides, and back of structured and non-structured caps. Available in White.

Helpful Hint:

To prevent “flagging,” always use designs that are digitized specifically for caps. These designs should stitch from the center out and from the bottom up.

Additional tips:

• Use a sharp needle (try a #80/12 standard eye if you experience needle or thread breaks).
• Use a longer piece of backing that covers about two-thirds of the cap to improve hooping.
• Keep the design within the recommended cap sewing area for your machine.
• Choose caps that are best suited for your embroidery machine.
• Underlay stitches can help reduce movement and avoid flagging.
