EZ Weeding™

 

The EZ Weeding™ Table heats up to make weeding heat transfer vinyl easier, speeding up the production process. Materials will easily release from the carrier, saving weeding time by 60% on average. When a heat transfer material is heated, the link between it and its carrier weakens. This unique table gently warms materials to encourage their removal from the carrier, making weeding easier and reducing material breakage.

 

PERFORMANCE

  • Four incline positions help reduce operator fatigue
  • 20" x 36" weeding area — a full yard of weeding production
  • Three temperature settings — 110°F for fine-detailed designs, up to 130°F for maximum productivity on larger jobs
  • Top clamp holds materials in place while weeding

  • Fits most production tables and countertop

The temperature light will turn green when proper temperature is reached
