K2920 Finesse Plastisol Ink Additive

K2920 Finesse is a non-phthalate plastisol additive designed to soften and extend general-purpose and specialty plastisol inks. It improves printability, reduces ink viscosity, and produces a softer hand while maintaining excellent print performance.

Recommended Usage

• Add up to 20% by weight to finished inks, process inks, and most specialty inks to improve printability and soften hand.
• Add up to 10% by weight to Infinite FX SE Gel Clear, NuPuff, and standard white inks (excluding low-bleed whites).
• Not recommended for transfer inks, as it may impede transfer split performance.

Printing Information

• Flash: 160°F (70°C)
• Cure: 320°F (160°C)
• Perform fusion testing prior to production to ensure proper cure and wash durability.
