ASI Stretch Base

ASI Stretch Base is a non-phthalate plastisol base specifically formulated to improve elasticity, stretchability and durability on highly stretchable fabrics. Designed for use on Lycra®, Spandex® and other flexible textiles, this specialty base helps prevent cracking while maintaining excellent adhesion and wash durability.

ASI Stretch Base can be used as a stand-alone first-down layer to improve the stretch performance of subsequent ink layers or blended into plastisol inks to increase elongation and flexibility. It is an excellent solution for athletic apparel, performance wear and other applications where print flexibility is critical.
