ASI Nupuff White Plastisol Ink

ASI Nupuff White is a specialty plastisol ink designed to produce a raised, three-dimensional puff effect with excellent durability and wash resistance. Formulated with overblow protection, it expands consistently during curing while maintaining a soft, elevated texture that stands out on finished garments.

Printing Recommendations

• Mesh: 86–160 tpi (34–62 t/cm)
• Squeegee: 60/90/60 or 60–70 durometer
• Flash: 220°F (105°C)
• Cure: 320°F (160°C)
• Use high-tension screens and sharp-edged squeegees for best results

Printing Tips

For maximum puff height, use thicker stencils, multiple passes, and proper curing conditions. In multi-color applications, flash the puff print before overprinting. Large solid prints on lightweight garments may benefit from a mezzotint or dot pattern to reduce puckering.
