ASI Flexipuff Additive

ASI Flexipuff Additive is a specialty plastisol ink additive designed to create a flexible puff texture while increasing print opacity and reducing gloss. This versatile additive allows screen printers to achieve subtle dimensional effects while maintaining excellent adhesion, stretch properties and wash durability.

Ideal for specialty garment decoration and creative print effects, Flexipuff Additive can be blended into plastisol inks to create puff colors, improve coverage and produce softer matte finishes.

Recommended Usage

• Mix up to 30% by weight for increased opacity and a slight puff effect
• Mix up to 2% by weight to reduce gloss
• Flash puff prints before overprinting in multi-color applications
• Best results achieved when printed directly onto fabric
• Cure at 320°F (160°C)
